Some times, children are unique. Not all children respond the same way to each other and to themselves. For these children, Camp MakeBelieve Kids offers material to help in three distinct areas: autism, ADHD, and gifted children.

Autism

The parents and caregivers of a child with autism face challenges that are unimaginable for any ‘typical’ person to contemplate. Camp MakeBelieve Kids emphasizes and offers a unique curriculum to help.

There are many myths out there about Autism and ADH. Here are the facts.

ADHD

Camp MakeBelieve Kids is a unique after school program that provides the social and emotional learning tools for children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

Gifted Children

Gifted children often get referred to the Camp MakeBelieve Kids program by teachers, school counselors or child therapists who have identified red flags and need an intervention.
