Camp MakeBelieve Kids (CMB Kids) cultivates Social and Emotional Learning in kids of all ages.

CMB Kids has been teaching the concept of Social and Emotional Learning for more than 10 years. In today’s environment Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) is a much more needed focus if kids are to be successful in school and in life. SEL is the set of skills that kids can use to get along with others, achieve academic success and improve relationships at home. CMB Kids incorporates social-emotional theories into an eight-step program defining behavioral challenges and solutions through an innovative set of stories, discussion and activities that help children build emotional competence. In a structured environment, we examine childhood issues through stories, discussion, activities, music, and guided imagery. The characters in CMB stories are faced with specific behavioral and emotional challenges that all children experience. Through our unique approach, children strategize with their peers about the best response to the situation and how to deal with everyday challenges.

"Having 2 series has helped a lot. Holly has loved the range of "crafts" and CMB is special to her.
